Our wines are made from grapes grown in the AOC Chinon region and are made using traditional winemaking techniques. We are committed to producing the highest quality wines and believe our passion for winemaking shines through in every bottle.

Chinon Rouge - Trend
Our Chinon "Tendence" red wine is our entry-level wine, perfect to drink every day, either with a light meal, or as an aperitif to accompany lighter cheeses, cold meats or ham. Why not try it with locally produced Rillettes?
Made from 100% Cabernet Franc, from a clay-siliceous terroir which produces silky tannins and a fruity taste. The wines are aged for several months in stainless steel vats before being refined in oak barrels. They are then blended to produce an easy-drinking wine that tastes great!
Purple-red in color, the style is light, fresh, fruity, with flavors of cherries, strawberries and a little spice. Serve at room temperature, or in summer, do like the people here and drink it slightly chilled, to combat the heat of long summer days.

Chinon Rouge - Evidence
Our Chinon “Evidence” red wine is a deeper and more evolved wine which has benefited from slow maturation for a few years in oak barrels. This is a delicious wine and a great example of how wines made from the Cabernet Franc grape evolve over time. We have several vintages from our Evidence range, and it's interesting to see how they age. Over time, they become deeper, the tannins soften and they lengthen in the mouth. These wines go perfectly with dishes such as roast chicken or grilled meats.
Like all Chinon reds, the Evidence range is made from 100% Cabernet Franc. It comes from a clay-siliceous terroir which allows for more assertive structures and can be kept for an average of 10 years. The wines are aged for several months in stainless steel vats before being refined in oak barrels. We use a range of new and old oaks and blend from the barrels after a few years of slow maturation in our freestone cellars.
The style is deeper, elegant, red fruits, aromas of strawberry, rhubarb, redcurrant and blackcurrant. The tannins soften over time so that at 6 years the wine is balanced, long in the mouth and quite delicious! Serve at room temperature

Chinon Blanc - Les Cailloux
We make small quantities of white wine, from 100% Chenin Blanc grapes. Our white wine vines are located on a small plot, called "Les Cailloux", which benefits from a real microclimate which seems suited to the cultivation of Chenin Blanc. Our production is limited to a few thousand cases and it sells out quickly, rightly so since it has been awarded once again - the 2023 vintage received the Ligers competition gold medal!
Chenin Blanc is a large white grape variety which particularly thrives on chalk soils, perfectly structured by the acidity, elegant on the nose and with complex aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers.
It is a dry white wine, but the mouthfeel lends it perfectly to accompanying fish, shellfish or mild or goat cheeses.
Serve fresh, cooled to between 6 and 8 degrees. Or better yet, put a bottle in an ice bucket for 15 minutes and serve from there.

Chinon Rosé - Rose de la Bourgesière
Did you know that rosé wine is generally made from red grapes? Our Chinon Rosé, Rosé de la Bourgesière is made from Cabernet Franc. The grapes are picked, sorted then pressed, a technique which produces fruit aromas. Our Rosés are then aged on the lees to give them smoothness and fat.
And of course, our Rosé wine is absolutely delicious. Serve young to appreciate its liveliness, it is fresh, spicy, light, it is a perfect drink to enjoy as an aperitif, on the terrace with raw vegetables, grilled meats, summer meals.
Serve chilled, between 6 and 8 degrees.
